S.A.F.E. stands for:

• S — Standards: Establish clear workplace standards that reject purchasing or soliciting commercial sex.

• A — Accountability: Hold employees accountable for conduct that contributes to commercial sexual exploitation, consistent with applicable laws and organizational policies.

• F — Freedom from Exploitation: Support efforts that reduce demand and help protect people from exploitation and trafficking.

• E — Ethical Employment: Maintain ethical workplace standards that promote respect, responsibility, and integrity.

A business becomes a S.A.F.E. Workplace by taking the S.A.F.E. Workplace Pledge and committing to a workplace culture where people are valued, exploitation is not normalized, and accountability matters.
